Comprehensive Heating System
This heating system was over 20 years old and inefficient. We removed everything and built a modern, reliable setup.
The new system includes:
- Vaillant EcoTEC Conventional Boiler – Efficient and reliable heating
- Gledhill Unvented Cylinder – Enhanced hot water storage
- Stuart Turner Mains Boost Accumulator – Consistent water pressure

Comprehensive Heating System
This heating & hot water system was in a severe need of an upgrade due to being extremely inefficient and over 20 years old.
We drained the system removed boiler, cylinder, tanks & pipework. This gave us a blank canvas to start again from scratch.
We built a solid base to accommodate the new set up which would supply heat & hot water the whole house.
The new plant consisted of a Vaillant EcoTEC conventional boiler, Gledhill Unvented cylinder & Stuart Turner mains boost accumulator.
This set up allowed us to provide hot water & heating to the whole property efficiently. Also with the installation of the accumulator multiple showers & outlets can be run without the need for any extra pumps. This setup also runs completely silent, so no humming from the loft space when in use.
Integrated Underfloor Heating
A customer expanding their home needed underfloor heating compatible with two different floor types. We designed and installed a seamless system to meet their needs.
The installation included:
300m of UFH Pipework – Covering the entire extension
Low-Profile Overlay System – For the existing timber kitchen floor
In-Screed System with Egg Crate Panels – For the new solid floor
✅ Even heat distribution across all floor surfaces
✅ Integrated with the existing heating system
✅ Separate thermostats for precise temperature control
Integrated Underfloor Heating
One of our existing customers was having a large extension to the rear of the property, they asked us to design & supply underfloor heating that would work across two different types of floor finishes.
We laid over 300m of UFH pipework to this big extension . Combining two systems into one to allow for the separate floor coverings.
Existing kitchen was a low profile overlay system to cover the existing timber floor. The new extension was an in screed system using egg crate panels before the solid floor was poured.
This allows us to give an even distribution throughout project floor.
Both systems were connected to the manifold & run off the existing heating system with separate thermostats.
Contemporary Bathroom Transformation
A modern upgrade while keeping the original layout.
The transformation included:
- Stripped & Reboarded Walls – Fresh foundation
- New Pipework – Optimized for new fittings
- Larger Shower with Niche Shelf – Added convenience
- WC Unit & Vanity – Sleek storage solutions
- Designer Towel Rail – Stylish & functional

Contemporary Bathroom Transformation
Similar layout but adding the wow factor. Keeping a similar layout to the original bathroom we worked with our design team to gain the most for our customer from this space. Allot of work went into creating this room even though most things stayed where they were. All walls were fully stripped back bonded & boarded. New pipework run throughout to allow for installation of the new sanitary ware Adding a larger shower area with built in niche shelf, WC unit with side storage, matching vanity with sit on basin & designer towel rail. We upgraded all the electrics & installed lights to the niche, adding them both to double dimmers. This allows our customer to set the mood lighting just right giving them that high end hotel feel at home.
Complete Bathroom Reconstruction
A challenging project that required a full rebuild after uncovering a hidden tiled wet room beneath the existing bathroom.
The transformation included:
- Stripped to Joists & Brickwork – Complete fresh start
- Brushed Brass Fixtures – Floor-standing tap, concealed basin taps, shower, and towel rail from Crosswater
- Luxury Tile Selection – Featuring Mother of Pearl mosaics from Freelands Tiles

Complete Bathroom Reconstruction
This project seemed relatively straight forward initially but ended up being one of our most challenging projects for a number of reasons.
The main one was that the first bathroom had been installed over an existing tiled wet room.
After allot of hard work from the team we stripped everything back to joists & brickwork to start again.
The customer worked with the design team & opted for brushed brass throughout. Including the floor standing tap, concealed basin taps, cross box shower & towel rail all from cross water.
The tiles came from freelands tiles including their mother of pearl mosaics as a feature in the shower area.
This one really does have the wow factor!

We combined a separate bathroom and WC into a spacious, modern area.

✅ Bigger, more functional, and seamlessly designed
Expanded Bathroom Transformation
We transformed this home by extending an existing bathroom to create a much bigger area.
We stripped back the existing separate bathroom & WC to brickwork, removed the existing loft hatch and knocked the wall down between the two.
We also moved the door flush with the existing wall, creating a much bigger, more suitable space for our customer. The loft hatch was relocated into the hallway for easy access. All walls were re-boarded ready for new tiles to be installed.
We completed a full rewire & re-plumb throughout. A new digital shower was installed with processor in the loft space.
We then extended the existing skirting & dado rail in the hallway to match the new door opening, making it look like it has always been there.
Bedroom to Bathroom Transformation
We transformed an unused bedroom into a spacious bathroom with both a shower and bath.

- Sloped Ceiling & Chimney Breast – Challenging but carefully managed
- Full Tiling in Wet Areas – Half tiles on remaining walls
- Deep Green Paint – Adds character and contrast

Bedroom to Bathroom Transformation
The customer asked us to create a new spacious bathroom from an unused bedroom in the property. We designed a layout that fit both a stand alone shower enclosure and bath, which was what they wanted. We had to work around a sloped ceiling and chimney breast that made things a bit tricky, but we managed to make it work well.
The customer chose to have full tiles in the wet areas and half tiles on the rest of the room walls. They picked a deep green paint color for the upper walls to create a nice contrast with the tiles. This color choice really added character to the room while keeping it looking modern and fresh.
Our team worked carefully to ensure all the plumbing and fixtures were properly installed despite the room’s challenging features. The final result transformed the old unused bedroom into a beautiful bathroom that perfectly suited what the customer was looking for, giving them both the practical shower and relaxing bath options they wanted in a stylish space.
